This hotel is truly a hidden gem in a charming town. the location is perfect - right in the heart of the historic center, so you can easily explore the sights and soak in the enchanting atmosphere. The staff here are absolutely delightful, always going the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. They are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The small balcony, though not offering breathtaking views, still allows you to observe the swift activity of the town in the evening. Lastly, the breakfast spread is delightful, with a wide selection of good quality, local products, including delicious pastries and cookies that are simply irresistible.
All was just right, no complaints whatsoever.

This family-owned hotel is located in the center of town, making it a perfect base for exploring the historic center and all the good spots in the region. the comfortable and clean rooms offer a great view from the balcony. Guests are provided with complimentary refreshing drinks and crisps, and the breakfast spread is wide with traditional Sicilian pastries. the staff is exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. the hotel is situated in the heart of the old town and has easy walking access to all top tourist attractions.
One minor negative point is that the hotel experienced some intermittent issues with Wi-Fi and staffing, which could lead to a delay in housekeeping services.

Location very convienent as it is in the centre. However, I would suggest that more signage for hotel directions as it is a bit tricky to find the first time.

The breakfast had a good selection and there was plenty to eat. The staff was helpful and the location was convenient for exploring the town center. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with clean facilities.
The lack of cleanliness and attention to maintenance really affected our stay. The carpets were stained and dingy, the shower was not working properly, and the overall state of the room was not up to standard.

Spent a lovely xmas at a family, run hotel in a charming hill, top town. the hotel is centrally placed, just a stone's throw from the town center. the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. Our room was cozy and clean, and we enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide range of cereals, cheeses, meats, pastries. We also appreciated the free and hassle, free parking provided by the hotel.
the wifi was a bit slow, but that's a minor inconvenience in such a picturesque location.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a small and friendly hotel in Sicily. The location was perfect, nestled in the historic center and close to all the sights. The staff went above and beyond, with the manager even offering us tea and biscuits upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and even had balconies overlooking the lively evening activity. Plus, the breakfast was a treat, with a variety of local cookies and high-quality products.
All in all, everything was just fine during my stay.
